City of Lima and LCIC create plan to build affordable housing on vacant lots

Did you know that there are over 700 vacant lots in the City of Lima? Since 2017, the City of Lima landbank and the Allen County landbank have demolished over 400 homes.   The City of Lima and the Lima Community Improvement Corporation is teaming up with _____________ to help create new infill, affordable housing.
